SightPlan: I’m Walkin’ Commercial
Project
Laconic Digital partnered with us to create a commercial showcasing SightPlan’s property management app. The commercial highlighted how residents can easily connect with the community management team for any requests, reports, or concerns via their mobile devices. Laconic Digital provided the footage and design assets, while we animated app functionalities and added VFX graphics to shirts and banners. We also created a project template for SightPlan to swap out branded assets for different property management companies. Working with both teams at Laconic Digital and SightPlan allowed us to bring this project to life.

MOTION TRACKING & OBJECT RePLACEMENT
For the SightPlan project, we handled several VFX shots, creating replaceable graphics for shirts and signage that the SightPlan team could easily swap with their property management partners’ branded content. Using Mocha AE for planar tracking, we attached the digital elements to the footage. The GIFs demonstrate the graphic replacement process.
TEMPLATE CREATION
Based on the creative brief, we developed a user-friendly After Effects template for the SightPlan creative team. The After Effects file was simplified and included control layers and instructions for replacing branded assets.
